WHO ARE WE?
The Alberta Tenants and Residents Association (TRA) represents everyone who lives in the the Alberta Estate Area. Anyone can get involved whether a council or private tenant, leaseholder, or freeholder. To find out more join the whatsapp group, or send us an email at alberta.tra@gmail.com
WHERE IS THE ALBERTA ESTATE AREA?
The Alberta Estate Area includes all properties on Alberta St and Ambergate St, and some blocks on Berryfield and Tarver Rd.

OUR AIMS
We are the listening ear to those who may be worried about security, parking or crime, have issues with fly tipping or may simply want to make a suggestion on how best to improve the area they live in. At the TRA we have applied for numerous grants, and funding to improve the area. We hold regular meetings & events including drop in sessions, and gardening sessions.
The TRA was set up to ensure the area is a great place to live. Please note we are not your first port of call for repairs to your property. However, if the council are being slow in getting back to you on a repair, or anything else, do let us know and we can offer help and direct you to the relevant person.
